RETURNS, WARRANTIES & PRIVACY INFORMATION
Warranty Claims
We provide 1-year replacement warranty for the below products for manufacturer defects, this does not cover misuse of the products or the power supply issues.
How to lodge your claim
Inform the supplier via email and obtain a reference number
Send the goods by post or courier to the supplier (postage or courier charges to be borne by the sender )
Quote your reference when inquiring about the status of your warranty claim
Process
Once goods are received by the supplier, goods would be sent to the manufacturer for their assessments
If a product is found with a manufacturer's fault it will be replaced at no additional cost to the purchaser
The manufacturer has the right to make the final decision
The supplier will inform the purchaser about the outcome of the claim via email
Requirements
You must provide proof of purchase to make any warranty claim and Kensola associates reserve the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Goods Returns due to Faulty
You can return your products with proof of purchase, If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, to receive a replacement product or repair. Proof of purchase may be your original invoice/ receipt, credit card statement, or any other form of evidence.
The company may send the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. The company reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
Please note: during the process of repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
Privacy
Kensola Associates takes the privacy of customer/client data seriously. Please be aware that data (including, but not limited to, video images,) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before the product is returned to the workshop or supplier.
